SUBSTANCE: composition for improvement of production ability of wells producing hydrocarbons includes non-ion fluorinated polymer surface active substance - SAS, wherein said SAS contains: at least one bivalent element represented with the said formula containing per-fluorine-alkyl group and at least one bivalent element represented with another said formula, and solvent, at least one polyol or polyol ether, and at least one one-atom alcohol, ether or ketone, mixture. The procedure for processing clastic formation bearing hydrocarbons consists in a stage whereat the above said composition is introduced into a clastic formation bearing hydrocarbons.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of oil or gas wells with salt water or condensate.
