FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: in solar power plant containing concentrators, two-axis tracking system and photoreceiver in focal zone of each concentrator on the basis of commutated solar elements with p-n junctions the planes of which are perpendicular to optical axis and parallel to middle plane of concentrator the photoreceiver is made in the form of flat module consisting of in-series miniature solar elements each of which has the shape of circular sector with apex angle of 3-30°, which are installed axisymmetrically in focal zone with apex at optical axis of concentrator. Photoreceiver is installed in transparent cover for solar radiation and equipped with heat removal device. In the other version, in solar power plant containing concentrators, two-axis tracking system and photoreceivers in focal zone of each concentrator on the basis of commutated solar elements with p-n junctions, each photoreceiver is made in the form of sections of solid-state matrix consisting of in-series commutated miniature solar elements with diode structures and two-sided working surface; planes of p-n junctions of diode structures are parallel to two of four side edges and perpendicular to working surface of photoreceiver, middle plane and focal plane of concentrator, and optical axis of concentrator and solar radiation flow are parallel to plane of p-n junctions. Photoreceiver is installed in transparent cover for solar radiation and equipped with heat removal device.
EFFECT: invention shall allow reduction of power losses, and cost of installed capacity and generated power.
