FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: solar power station includes concetrators, a tracking system and photodetectors in the focal region of each concetrators based on concentrator solar cells with p-n junctions. Each photodetector is designed in the form of sections of a solid matrix of sequentially commuted miniature solar cells with diode structures and double-sided work surface, planes of the p-n junctions of the diode structures are parallel to two of the four side faces and perpendicular to the working surface of the photodetector, the midsection plane and the focal plane of the concentrator. The photodetector is installed in the transparent envelope for solar radiation and is provided with a device for heat removal, the transparent envelope comprises a homogenizer of concentrated solar radiation in form of a rectangular-sectioned rod of optically transparent material, the cross-sectional dimensions of the homogenizer are commensurable with the dimensions of the working surface of the photodetector, and the length of the rod is in 2-10 times greater than the size of the working surface of the photodetector. The device for heat removal is designed in the form of thin plates made of thermally conductive material connected to the current leads of each section of solid matrix by soldering or welding parallel to the plane of the p-n junctions of the diode structures, the size of the sections between the plates of the heat exchanger is 4-20 mm and the total area of the heat exchanger plates during the natural cooling is equal to the area of the midsection of the concentrator.

EFFECT: reduction of power losses and increase of efficiency and service life of the solar power station.
