FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in part rolling at temperature 1120-1170°C to summary reduction 82-85 % of area of cross section of breakdown bar. Further, there is performed conditioning during 15 17 sec and finished profile forming. Flanges from an internal side and sole from an external side and internal sides are subjected to successive accelerated cooling simultaneously during 0.3-0.4 sec. A whole item is conditioned during 0.035-0.045 sec and forcefully cooled during 0.7-0.9 sec.
EFFECT: raised strength characteristics at maintaining plastic characteristics for all elements of profile and facilitation of uniform fine-grain structure through whole profile.
