PROCEDURE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF OIL DEPOSIT COMPLICATED WITH VERTICAL RUPTURE Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC E21B43/20 

FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in system arrangement of producers and pressure wells, in exposure of reservoir with vertical and horizontal wells, in pumping replacing agent into pressure wells and in withdrawal of production from producers. According to the invention there are determined vertical ruptures by structure maps of reflecting horizons and by maps of day surface. Further, vertical wells are arranged along wide well spacing. There are determined hypsometrical marks of the reservoir. System arrangement of wells is carried out excluding zones of maximal dip of hypsometrical marks of the reservoir in direct vicinity from ruptures. Vertical producers are arranged along a vertical rupture. Successively, additional horizontal boreholes directed into a side of the rupture line at angle 30-70° are drilled at a section with maximal specific stock. When yield in vertical producers drops below a level of efficiency they are converted into pressure wells. Offshoots directed sub-perpendicular to horizontal boreholes of the producers are additionally cut in pressure wells adjacent to producing horizontal boreholes. Bottom holes of offshoots are positioned at distance from nearest horizontal boreholes at distance excluding outbreak of replacing agent.

EFFECT: raised efficiency of oil deposit development due to optimisation of wells arrangement and due to reduced non-efficient well drilling.
