FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of developing an oil deposit in an oil zone, in which an oil deposit is drilled with a pattern of wells 800×800 and/or 1200×1200 m, its arrangement is carried out. Product is extracted from production wells. During operation, oil and water production is measured. Geological structure of the deposit is specified, the degree of inhomogeneity is determined by the area and section. Collector distribution maps are plotted over the area. Screen is compacted to design 400×400 m. At least one element is selected in a purely oil zone with an oil-bearing thickness of an inhomogeneous deposit of 4.5-5.0 m and horizontal wells are drilled on the sides of the element with a length of at least 300 m parallel to the bottom and at 2.0-2.5 m from it, leaving to element corners by 50 m. Deep perforation is performed along the whole borehole, besides, each perforation hole is spaced from the previous one by no more than 10-20 m and with azimuth direction by not less than 40° from each other, subperpendicular to the main shaft. Oil flow rates, product water cut and formation pressure are measured. For effective displacement of oil from the element in the intersection of the well diagonals in the centre of the element, an injection vertical well is drilled with branching into 4 bores in the bottomhole zone with direction to the corners of element by 90° from each other 50-70 m long at distance of 1-1.5 m from the bottom of the formation. Displacement agent is injected.

EFFECT: increasing oil recovery in a heterogeneous reservoir due to maximum drainage coverage of the section and the area of the deposit zone.
