FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: device includes command station including interconnected control panel, display and recording device; at that, command station is connected via duplex communication channels to target control object; control panel is made in the form of control command shaper, request shaper of the state of control mechanism, which are connected to receiver-transmitter. Target control object is made in the form of carrying frame on which electronic control unit connected to lifting target mechanism is located. Rotation of rotary shaft of lifting mechanism is performed in sensitivity zone of proximity position sensor connected to controller of electronic control unit containing light simulator, sound simulator, hitting sensor and control devices of function of electronic control unit, which are connected to controller and processor provided with possibility of receiving control commands and their supply to lifting mechanism and to light and sound simulators at the specified time intervals, with possibility of receiving the request of the state of lifting mechanism and transfer of statistical and diagnostic information to command station.

EFFECT: receiving light and sound simulations for targets.
