FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology of making non-smoking nicotine-containing products, such as water naswar. The method includes preparation of formula components, extraction of cinnamon with liquid carbon dioxide to separate the appropriate miscella, rustic tobacco and liquorice root cutting, their drying in the microwave field down to the residual moisture of around 20% with the microwave field intensity that provides for raw materials heating until the temperature inside the pieces makes 80-90°C for at least 1 hour, their mixing, impregnation with the separated miscella with extract content of 0.03% from mixture weight with simultaneous pressure increase, pressure release down to the atmospheric value with simultaneous mixture freezing, sublimation and removal of carbon dioxide with simultaneous swelling of the mixture, addition of apricot juice concentrate, sugar syrup, calcium and/or magnesium citrate and water to it, and formation of the produced mixture to make a target product, at the same time the mixture is prepared with the following ratio of weight components with accuracy of ±2%: rustic tobacco - 400, liquorice root - 300, apricot juice concentrate, in conversion to 70% content of dry substances - 90, sugar syrup, in conversion to 70% concentration - 90, calcium and/or magnesium citrate - 70, water - up to 1000.
EFFECT: production of a new non-smoking nicotine-containing product made of rustic tobacco, with improved organoleptic properties and extended shelf life, with reduction of losses of aromatic substances and nicotine in initial raw materials.
