FIELD: fire-fighting means.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fire-fighting equipment, and can be used in high fire risk industrial and civil buildings for fire source localisation. A drencher head body represents a thread fitting with a through hole. The fitting is used to mount the head on distribution pipelines. The thread portion is coupled with a front ring fillet axially symmetric to the body which incorporates an isolating valve. Two curved solid stiffening ribs coupled with a spray gun are attached to the front ring fillet. Other two opposite ends of the solid stiffening ribs are attached to the spray gun. The spray gun represents a connector which is a part of a spherical surface limited by internal and external hemispheres. A hemisphere centre lies on a line connecting axes of the through hole of the thread fitting and the valve axis. On the connector, from its outer side, there are three grooves axes of which are arranged on the lines radial with respect to the hemisphere. A peripheral part of the hemisphere comprises at least three choke holes. The hole centres lay in a plane parallel to a diametrical plane of the hemisphere which is perpendicular to a line connecting the axes of the through hole of the thread fitting and the valve axis.
EFFECT: higher fire extinguishing effectiveness ensured by introducing high-speed elements in a common automatic fire extinguishing circuit.
