FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: impact mechanism comprises a cylindrical body with outlet channels, a circular flange with a through central hole, a working tool with a tail, a stepped striker with a stem part, a rod with a piston part installed in the central hole of the circular flange, and this part is permanently installed in the through axial hole of the stepped striker, a circular chamber of pneumatic buffer, a bushing of a cylindrical body with a hole for the stem part passage, forming a circular neck at the side of the circular chamber of the pneumatic buffer to limit the value of stepped striker displacement, a sleeve with a channel of air supply fixed relative to the cylindrical body, a circular distribution chamber in the cylindrical body bushing, a mains air at the side of the circular flange, an idle run chamber at the side of the working tool tail retained with a spring relative to the cylindrical body. The rod is installed in the central hole of the circular flange with the rated calibrated gap relative to the surface of the rod stem part equipped, at the side of the mains air chamber, with a collar having through holes with throughput section of at least one throughput section of the calibrated gap and throughput section of through inlet holes for mains air supply formed by a circular flange and installed cover with a stop and a rod that limits the value of the axial rod displacement, rested and fixed with the sleeve relative to the circular flange and the cylindrical body, and the channel that connects periodically the idle run chamber and the circular distribution chamber is made on the piston part of the rod.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase resource of the rod and the stem part of the striker and the pneumatic impact mechanism as a whole.
