FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and mining, in particular, to pneumatic devices of percussive action. Pneumatic percussion mechanism contains a cylindrical body with exhaust channels, annular flange with a through central hole, lids with inlet, working tool with shank, stepped drummer with rod and piston parts, mounted in the central hole of the annular flange rod with a piston part with a channel-groove, constantly located in the through axial hole of the stepped drummer, the sleeve of the cylindrical body with the hole for the passage of the rod part of the stepped drummer and forming an annular isthmus in the sleeve, limiting the amount of movement of the stepped impactor, fixed with respect to the cylindrical body cup with a channel for supplying air, an annular distribution chamber in the sleeve of the cylindrical body, the network air chamber in the lid on the side of the annular flange, the receiver chamber between the cup and the lid, the idle chamber on the shank side of the working tool, held by the spring relative to the cylindrical body, and the channel-groove on the side surface of the piston rod is made with a changing geometric section, increasing from the side surface of the piston part from the side of the rod to the end of its piston part from the side of the through axial bore of the stepped drummer. Between the rod part of the stepped impactor and the cylindrical body, on the side of the annular isthmus of the sleeve, an annular controlled working stroke chamber is formed, and on the side surface of the rod part of the stepped impactor, an airflow bypass channel is made with a varying geometric section in the form of right-angled triangles with decreasing cross-sectional areas to the sides of the annular distribution chamber and the annular controlled chamber of the working stroke, or in the form of a right-angled triangle with the apex facing the annular distribution chamber, either in the form of a rectangular triangle with the apex facing the annular chamber of the working stroke, or in the form of tiers of rectangular channel-grooves separated by bridges in a longitudinal section along the generatrix of the rod part and the way the length of the channel-groove air bypass, depending on the position of the stepped impactor is sufficient for periodic communication of the annular distribution chamber and the annular chamber of the working stroke between them.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of using the internal energy of the air of the annular controlled chamber of the working stroke, an increase in the efficiency of the working process of the mechanism, and an increase in the service life are provided.
