SUBSTANCE: device is designed for hydraulic installation of structure elements, particularly, roller segments of roller guide in continuous casting machine. The device consists of hydro-cylinders divided with a piston and rod to cavity (5) and circular cavity (4). Also, cavities of the cylinders communicate with a source of pressure by means of control elements. Controlled, but constant pressure is either created in circular cavity (4) whereas pressure actuates the piston in cavity (5) of the cylinder with consideration of position or pressure, or controlled, but constant pressure is created in cavity (5) of the cylinder, meanwhile pressure actuates the piston in circular cavity (4) of the cylinder with consideration of position or pressure.
EFFECT: reduced number of connecting hydraulic mains or number of used components.
