FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: centrifugal vortex burner consists of case with vortex chamber and nozzle. The case is made in form of a supplying connecting pipe with an orifice for supply of liquid from a main and a cylinder bush sleeve with external thread coaxially connected to it. Also, a nozzle is connected coaxially to the case in its lower part by means of the bush sleeve with internal thread. The nozzle is made in form of centrifugal vortex of liquid flow in form of a blind cylinder insertion with at least three tangential inputs in form of cylinder orifices. The bush sleeve is a part of the nozzle and is set coaxially and axially relative to centrifugal vortex. A conic orifice is made in end surface of the centrifugal vortex. This orifice is coaxial to the blind cylinder insertion of the vortex installed in the cylinder chamber of the case forming a circular cylinder chamber for supply of liquid to tangential inputs of the centrifugal vortex. The tangential inputs are made as channels tangentially arranged to internal surface of the blind cylinder insertion. An intensifier of flow rotation is installed in the centrifugal vortex. The intensifier corresponds to a rod one end of which is secured to blind round surface of the cylinder insertion of the vortex by means of a screw, while on another end of it there is mounted the second flow vortex made as a bush with screw external thread of a big pitch of a trapezoidal profile and secured by means of internal thread to the rod with a faring of a conic shape.
EFFECT: raised efficiency of spraying by increased spray.
