SUBSTANCE: ash catcher comprises an inlet nozzle, a body, an outlet nozzle, a hopper, spraying and sprinkling jet nozzles, such as nozzles for liquid spraying, besides, nozzles of the spraying device are made in the form of a body with a hole for liquid supply from the manifold, and a coaxially connected cylindrical cartridge case with outer thread, at the same time coaxially to the body, in its lower part there is a nozzle connected by means of a cartridge case with an inner thread, and the nozzle is made in the form of a centrifugal liquid flow swirler as a dead cylindrical insert with at least three tangential inputs in the form of cylindrical holes, at the same time the cartridge case is a part of the nozzle and is installed coaxially and in alignment in respect to the centrifugal swirler, and in the end surface of the centrifugal swirler there is a conical hole coaxial to the dead cylindrical insert of the swirler, which is installed in the cylindrical chamber of the body with formation of a circular cylindrical chamber for liquid supply to tangential inputs of the centrifugal swirler, besides, tangential inputs are made in the form of channels, tangentially arranged to the inner surface of the dead cylindrical insert, and in the centrifugal swirler there is an intensifier of liquid flow swirling, which is made in the form of a stem, one end of which is fixed on the dead circular surface of the cylindrical insert of the swirler with the help of the screw, and at the other end of which there is the second flow swirler mounted, being made in the form of a bushing with the helical outer thread with large pitch of trapezoidal profile, and fixed by means of the inner thread on the stem with a fairing of conical shape.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of resource saving and treatment of smoke gases by increased spraying surface.
