FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for thermal treatment of food products, in particular, for pasteurisation of liquid food products. The installation contains a cavity resonator of the microwave oscillator wherein one positions a radiotransparent sectional drum in a radiotransparent cylindrical body (with a cover) that has an input and an output nozzles. The drum has internal distributive and external measuring cylinders and is capable of rotation inside the body. The radiotransparent sectional drum is coaxially positioned on a dielectric shaft and contains a hole for the input nozzle in the centre.

EFFECT: invention ensures enhanced performance of the installation for heating a flowing liquid due to electromagnetic microwave field energy usage.
