FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in hop-growing farms for the gradual drying of freshly harvested hops in a continuous mode while maintaining consumer properties. A continuous-flow microwave convective hop dryer with resonator drums contains perforated non-ferromagnetic cylindrical electric driven resonator drums 4, 10, 16, fixed by means of bandages 30, 27, 24, placed coaxially in a non-ferromagnetic cylindrical shielding housing 2. Inside, along all cylindrical resonator drums, a common perforated screw 6 is installed, and turns 8, 14 at the level of the resonator drum joints, made of non-ferromagnetic material, form resonator drums when emitters from air-cooled magnetrons 31, 12, 18 are directed into them. Magnetrons 31, 18 of the first 4 and last 16 resonator drums are located with a shift of 120 degrees around the perimeter of the corresponding bases of the shielding housing 2. In the middle drum-resonator 10, the emitters are directed through waveguides from magnetrons 12, located with a shift of 120 degrees along the perimeter of the shielding housing 2 towards the dielectric ring insert 13 in the shell of the drum-resonator 10. On the shell of the cylindrical body 2, on top of each resonator drum there are air vents - below cutoff waveguides 3, 9, 15. Along the perimeter of the shell of the resonator drums there are ring gears 7, 11, 17, which engage with the corresponding drive gears 29, 26, 23, mounted on the electric drive shafts.
EFFECT: preservation of the consumer properties of hops.
