FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the sphere of foundry. The manipulator comprises the main cross beam with two vertical girders, an auxiliary cross beam, mounted above the main longitudinal cross beam and a basic site mounted under the main longitudinal cross beam and design to suspend various accessories and fittings. The girders are mounted with the possibility of displacement along the main cross beam and are equipped with cross beams having hingedly fixed suspensions to grip journals of foundry fittings. The basic site is connected by stiff guides via through holes of cross beams with the upper site. On a fixed auxiliary cross beam there is a hydraulic cylinder mounted with the main beam by a stem to transfer vertical movements to it. The main beam is joined with the auxiliary one by means of limiting bushes that ensure for its tilting with application of gravity.
EFFECT: invention provides for energy conservation and increased reliability of operation.
