FIELD: road construction, erection and repair of metal posts of barrier guardrails of motor roads. SUBSTANCE: there is proposed method and post driving manipulator for its realization that include truck tractor, hydraulic manipulator installation with outriggers and linkwork beam and mobile portable post driving manipulator suspended from beam end which is positioned between body and cab. Structure and kinematics of number of main aggregates included in mix of post driving manipulator, their arrangement and technology of conducting operations with use of specified post driving equipment are optimized in proposed technical decision. As result of this approach design of proposed post driving equipment is simplified and its technical and operational qualities are improved, process of conducting operations with its use is optimized.
