SUBSTANCE: after air-separating apparatus 14, an oxygen-containing stream is fed through line 40 into a first moistening stage 16 where it is moistened via contact with hot aqueous liquid to form a moist oxygen-containing stream. At the second moistening stage 18, the partially moistened oxygen-containing stream is brought into contact with reaction water obtained at the hydrocarbon Fischer-Tropsch synthesis stage 22. After the second moistening stage 18, the moistened oxygen-containing stream is fed through line 42 into a low-temperature non-slagging gas generator 20. Synthetic gas obtained in gas generator 20 is fed to the hydrocarbon Fischer-Tropsch synthesis stage 22.
EFFECT: invention reduces coal consumption during production of synthetic gas and reduces carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere.
