SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing carbon-containing materials. Gasification of the biomass is performed. Raw synthesis gas flow 5 is obtained. Raw synthesis gas flow 5 comprises resins, hydrogen and CO, as well as one or more light hydrocarbons selected from a group consisting of methane, hydrocarbons containing 2 or 3 carbon atoms and mixtures thereof. Hot oxidizer flow is obtained by part of oxygen 7 burning mixed with fuel 9. Obtained hot flow of the oxidizer is introduced into raw synthesis gas flow 5. Partial oxidation of one or more of the specified light hydrocarbons is performed to increase the amount of hydrogen and CO in the synthesis gas and the resins are converted into lower-molecular products, including hydrogen and CO.
EFFECT: invention allows to accelerate reforming kinetics and increase efficiency of the reformer at conversion of resin and methane into synthesis gas.
