SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device (10) for production of counterfeit-proof paper (60) with watermarks (72) and integrated window security element (82), having: first device (12) for creating paper layers for forming first paper web (20) and for supplying first paper web (20) with watermarks (72), second device (14) for creating paper layers for creating second paper web (30), receiving mesh (16) for aligning and nondetachable connection of second paper web (30) to first paper web (20), device for insertion of endless security element (32, 82) into area (72) of watermarks between first and second paper web at combination of paper webs (20, 30) and suction device (50) for removing paper fibers from second paper web (30) in a wet state. Invention also relates to a method of producing counterfeit-proof paper with watermarks, as well as a multilayered counterfeit-proof paper and a valuable document.

EFFECT: invention enables to create a simple and low-cost method of making the counterfeit-proof paper of the above type.
