FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: window closing facility comprises a driving device - a spring with a permanent coefficient of stiffness, which is adapted to apply a substantially permanent rotary force to the axis of the drive, a unit of cord winding, a pressing accessory. The unit of the cord winding is coaxially installed on the driving axis, comprising at least one winding drum, functionally joined with the second end of the cord for lifting and having a conical section, a rotary mounting element to move a window unit of cord winding sideways along the axis of the drive as the mounting element rotates to transform the rotary force along the axis of the drive into the lifting force to the cord for lifting, in which the force directed upwards is higher than the force directed downwards, applied with an element of a curtain and a lower guide along the whole range of opening and closing. The pressing accessory or a blocking element, is functionally connected to the axis and is adapted to unlock the drive axis in the required position.
EFFECT: invention will make it possible to prevent damage of a window closing facility.
