SUBSTANCE: device comprises a body, a cylinder, an electric motor for rotation of a cylinder, a heating device for cylinder heating and a fixator for hair styling. The body has a near end and a far end. The cylinder passes from the body and is made with the possibility of rotation relative to the body. The fixator is arranged with the possibility of rotation and is connected to the body. At the same time fixator for hair styling is made as moving between the first open position, in which the fixator for hair styling is located at the distance from the cylinder, and the second closed position, in which the fixator for hair styling contacts with the cylinder. Therefore arrangement of hair between the fixator for hair styling and the cylinder provides for hair styling between the fixator for hair styling and the cylinder in the second position. At the same time the cylinder in the second position of the fixator for hair styling is rotated by the electric motor. Also a method of hair styling with the help of the specified device is proposed.
