FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to transportation equipment. Multi-purpose tracked undercarriage on single platform includes thin-armoured housing with tree compartments. Movement control compartment includes movement control members, instrumentation, basic armament instruments and units, surveillance devices and three seats in the front part of compartment of driver mechanic, captain and operator, cabinets of main armament equipment units and one seat for operator in the compartment rear part. Middle compartment is provided with main armament equipment. Sealed engine compartment located in the aft part of undercarriage. Engine compartment include cruise engine with high speed output shaft, mechanical transmission, two on-board reduction gears, cooling system, reduction gear of drive of reserve generators, gas-turbine engine with traction alternators. Carriage part includes caterpillar drive, hydraulic shock absorbers, cushioning deactivation mechanism and caterpillar tension mechanism. In housing between middle compartment and engine compartment there formed is additional intermediate compartment throughout the width of the undercarriage with reduction gear for reserve alternators and internal fuel tanks. Cruise internal combustion engine is located perpendicular to undercarriage longitudinal axis. High speed output shaft is kinematically connected to input reduction gear having additional power takeoff shaft passing through transverse engine compartment bulkhead to intermediate compartment for connection of reserve alternators. Fuel system consists of internal and external tanks as per in-series fuel depletion scheme.
