FIELD: blasting operations.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in mixing of primary components in presence of highly volatile organic liquid with its further removal and drying of composite explosive. As primary components there used is organic explosive 1,1,1,3,6,8,8,8,-octanitro-3,6-diazaoctane or cyclotetramethylenetetranitramine and powder aluminium or zirconium; as highly volatile organic liquid there used is ethyl or isopropyl alcohol; mixing is performed in mixer with mixer rotation speed not exceeding 50 rpm, and removal of liquid from the obtained mixture is performed by vacuum treatment at residual pressure of 10 kPa to 30 kPa. The obtained mixture is heated to temperature of 0.5-0.6 of alcohol boiling temperature.
EFFECT: invention ensures maintenance of initial sizes of explosive particles, stabilisation of safe technology parameters of manufacture of composite explosive and the appropriate stabilisation of composite explosive parameters.
