SUBSTANCE: abrasive grain has a core made from fused spherical corundum, where the fused spherical corundum is in form of spherical Al₂O₃ grains formed by spraying a melt with a water-air mixture, where the spherical corundum is coated with a shell consisting of at least one binding agent and fine-grained abrasive solid particles. The invention also discloses a method of producing and versions of using said grains.
