FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: betatron structure includes vacuum chamber, injector arranged in it and two or more magnets arranged outside vacuum chamber. According to one of the versions the betatron structure also includes at least one target made and arranged so that it represents an integral part of injector or is combined with injector. Vacuum chamber includes are least two or more parts connected together. At least one of the above two or more parts is coated with coating with active resistance. At least one of the above two or more parts of the coating is alloyed as per the specified specific conductivity. Betatron structure manufacturing method involves stages of betatron parts manufacture, arrangement of injector on one of those parts, connection of parts so that hollow chamber is formed and two or more magnets are arranged outside hollow chamber.
EFFECT: invention allows simplifying the structure and increasing efficiency of betatron.
