SUBSTANCE: method includes subsurface tillage with crumbling and levelling of soil by tools in the form of hoes and/or discs. Hoes and/or discs have the possibility of cyclic lift and lowering in case of meeting with an obstacle. The specified possibility is ensured by at least one main elastic element installed between and/or above the frame and the tool at one side from the axis of the tool oscillations. Additional displacement of the tool along the trajectory with a horizontal and a vertical component is ensured by means of a rotary mechanism with simultaneous intensification of tool oscillations. Intensification of oscillations is provided by using an elasticity force of an additional elastic element arranged at the other side from the axis of tool oscillations and interacting with the rotary mechanism. The resulting force of resistance of the main elastic element is opposite to the resulting force of resistance of the additional elastic element.

EFFECT: invention provides for intensification of treatment process and improvement of quality of soil layer grinding into small pieces.
