SUBSTANCE: invention can be at subsurface tilling. Proposed method includes presowing cultivation or summer subsurface bursting of soil carried out at one pass. First undercutting of layer is done and then its crumbling is carried out in vertical plane. Then soil is cut in horizontal plane and additional crumbling in horizontal and vertical planes is performed. Said device is furnished with flat hoe and burster-point equipped with cutters and shaft with adjusting bushings, disk knives, wedge knives, horizontal sectors and anchor chains with teeth. Proposed technology and design provide tilling of soil to depth from 8 to 16 cm at different degree of crumbling.

EFFECT: provision of quality cultivation of soil.
