SUBSTANCE: invention is related to agriculture, namely, to mushroom growing. A complex comprises a laboratory to produce and store mycelium, a laboratory to control technological processes of mushrooms production, an area of substrate preparation and moistening, an area of substrate fermentation, an area of mycelium sowing into substrate, chambers of mycelium growth, bearing hothouses, an area of finished goods processing and storage, a boiler house to maintain working temperature in these premises. Bearing hothouses with equipment to grow mushrooms are made with areas of mushroom growing and collection for a multi-zone system of continuous technology of mushroom growing and picking. Bearing hothouses comprise devices for growing oyster mushrooms, made of movable platforms with vertical pillars of boxy reservoirs in the form of a race with side walls and holes for shaping vertical columns of substrate with germinating mycelium and for mushroom growing from mycelium on the surface of the substrate outside races and for free picking of these mushrooms. Platforms are made on the area of the bearing hothouse in the order of sequence of vegetation cycles with account of provision of the possibility for personnel operation during all cycles of growing in the area of hothouses with process passages between platforms.

EFFECT: proposed complex provides for increasing cycles of harvesting and higher oyster mushroom crops per unit of production area.
