FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopedics, and is intended for treatment of traumas and diseases of spine. In preoperative planning on preoperative "plan-schemes" additionally determined is angle of needle inclination in sagittal plane. Under X-ray control in lateral projection needle which is within the limits of arc root contour is directed in such a way that its axis is perpendicular to posterior wall of vertebra. Axis of light tube of C-arc is oriented in accordance with obtained in preoperative planning angle. Needle is inclined in such a way that during performance of radiography in anterior-posterior projection it is visualised without deviation from axis of C-arc light tube in sagittal plane. After that needle is moved to bone structures of vertebra body, to point of its final location.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to bring needle to focus in vertebra more accurately.
