SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to neurosurgery, traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used for spinal repair. X-ray assisted puncture needle is inserted into the damaged vertebral body that is followed by preparing the agitated cement mixture containing bone cement and solvent, and filled in the blower to be connected to said puncture. X-ray assisted prepared cement mixture is pressurised into vertebral body. While prepared the cement mixture is exposed to ultrasound to splitting up the air bubbles. Ultrasound exposure is maintained while the prepared material is delivered into vertebral body. The repairing process is finished with ultrasound exposure at frequency 5-10 MHz and specific power 2-5 W/cm² to destroy the residual air bubbles and compact bone cement.

EFFECT: improved support ability of repaired vertebra with minimum embolic and microembolic complications.
