FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: stage consists of successively connected sublimation devices. The first sublimation device for purification of tetra-fluoride of zirconium from hafnium is made with a jet of zirconium dioxide with initial content of hafnium in it not over 0.08%. The second sublimation device for concentration of hafnium is made with a jet entered from the first sublimation device. Further, there is installed a device for fluoridation made with a jet in form of hafnium dioxide. A part of the jet form the fluoridation device returns to the second sublimation device, while another part of the jet corresponds to a finished product - to concentrate of hafnium tetra-fluoride.
EFFECT: process stage for production of nuclear pure tetra-fluoride of zirconium and hafnium tetra-fluoride per one step of separation without process waste and at maximal simplicity of equipment.
