FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: valve (1) contains case (2) having flow passage (3) wherein there is installed throttling device (4, 11) with controlled throttling element (11) and lock unit with gate (4) closing flow passage (3) in locked position. Gate (4) is actuated with handle (16) from outside. Throttling element (11) can be also actuated by means of handle (16). Handle (16) can perform progressive travels. Travelling in the first direction the handle is connected with gate (4). Travelling in the second direction, opposite to the first one, the handle is disconnected from the gate. When the handle is connected to the gate, it controls the gate, but does not control the throttling element. When the handle is not connected to the gate, it controls the throttling element, but does not control the gate.
EFFECT: simplified manipulation of consumption control valve.
