SUBSTANCE: control valve (1) for controlling the flow and differential pressure in liquid-conducting heating or cooling units consists of housing (2) with inlet (3) and outlet (4), and also installed between them connected branch pipe (5) with regulating device (9) inserted therein, first flow control device (10), and second flow control device (11), besides in the direction of flow of the flowing liquid beyond inlet (3), first flow control device (10) follows, second flow control device (11) is installed after it, and then regulating device (9) goes, and outlet (4) is provided behind it, and spindle (12) installed in connection pipe (5) comprising actuator (13) and throttling element (14) which is a component of first flow control device (10), and this spindle (12) in the axial direction passes both through regulating device (9) and through second flow control device (11).

EFFECT: control valve with a relatively small body dimensions has a large flow cross-section and a large active area for the regulating device.
