FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: collar consists of flat hollow elastic compacting clamp, of elastic padding, of fastener in form of adhesive tape and of system for gas injection. Also, linear perforation for fixation of the elastic padding with a string is made along edge of the compacting clamp. The elastic padding has a gluing layer for temporary fixation of the compacting collar, while the compacting collar has a connecting pipe with a nipple preventing reverse flow of gas.
EFFECT: raised efficiency and expansion of functionalities due to implementation of standard and non-standard dimensions with various configuration of cross section on pipelines.
