FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: stopwatch has a pointer, a first and a second scale, where a first time display part is shown by the pointer on the first scale and a second time display part is shown by the second scale combined with the first scale, wherein the first scale is fixed and the second scale can move relative the first scale. The second scale can be moved manually around the first scale in order to read the second time display part. The first time display part corresponds to seconds of the time interval read by the stopwatch, and the second time display part corresponds to tenths of seconds of the time interval.
EFFECT: easier reading, including tenths of seconds.
