FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to continuous-operation vibromixers to be used in production of construction materials and construction for fabrication of polydisperse materials. Proposed mixer comprises frame with stationary mixing chamber to accommodate a shaft to drive rotation and vibration running there inside. Auger shaft with screw blade is mounted on said drive shaft. Mechanical vibration exciter is made up of two disks with prismatic teeth arranged on plane along vertical and horizontal axes of symmetry to excite complex reciprocating vibrations of particles over the entire volume of mixing chamber. Vibration intensity may be varied by changing geometry of aforesaid teeth.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, lower power consumption and vibration effects.
