FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loose material mixers that may be used in various industries. Proposed mixer comprises container with filler neck and discharge branch pipe flexibly fitted on the base. Said container houses shaft with springs secured thereon by their one end and vibration exciters fitted on shaft extension on container outer side. Vanes alternated with springs in staggered manner are fitted on said shaft. Length of springs and vanes is smaller than container radius. Angle of attack of vanes may be adjusted by turning vanes about their axes and locking them. Container is mounted at an angle to horizon in its lengthwise axis. Note that said angle may be regulated.
EFFECT: reduced mixing interval, hence, higher efficiency at lower power consumption.
