SUBSTANCE: invention relates to auxiliary equipment of heat and nuclear electric power stations used to increase vacuum in main equipment condensers, particularly, to heat exchange pipe cleaner. It consists in bringing cleaning elements from condenser outlet to its inlet using elements floating up on pipeline lock.
