SUBSTANCE: inventions refer to aviation, particularly to fuselage structure of an aircraft and to fuselage structure manufacturing method. Method of fuselage structure manufacturing including multiple interconnected shells, each shell forming a part of aircraft fuselage and carrying framework and cover. Cover is attached to framework and seals aircraft fuselage from outside and ensures compaction resistance. Aircraft fuselage structure includes top and side shell and bottom shell. Average circumferential radius of bottom shell exceeds average circumferential shell of top and side shell by more than 1.2 times. Top and side shell and bottom shell are connected in transition zones running lengthwise of aircraft. Durability of bottom shell framework allows it to bear load of internal pressure of bottom shell not involving main cross piece to ensure rigidity in transverse direction. Upper and side shell, including its framework, is made of composite fiber material. Bottom shell, including its framework, is made of aluminium. Top and side shell is connected to composite fiber glass and aluminium bar in the form of laminar element with alternating fiber glass and aluminium layers. Top and side shell, including composite bar of fiber glass and aluminium protruding from the shell, is adjusted to bottom shell. Composite bar is connected to bottom shell.
EFFECT: expanded free inner space of aircraft.
