SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises making several fuselage sections as follows. a) Making outer skin segment (1, 4, 9, 14, 20). Note here that said segment has continuous lengthwise opening (3, 11, 22). b) Expanding outer skin segment to fit floor carcass element 35 therein. c) Jointing outer skin segment to premade fuselage section 23 to produce partial coverage of crosswise seam 33. d) Positioning premade bottom skin (5, 17, 21) in lengthwise opening to cover outer skin segment. e) Expanding partial crosswise seam to full crosswise seam 48 and jointing bottom skin with outer skin segment to produce two lengthwise skins 46, 47. f) Jointing floor carcass element 34 with outer skin segment.
EFFECT: possibility for compensation of allowances.
