SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a feeding head of a machine for making drinks, comprising a clamping element and a base. The clamping element is made with the possibility of displacement relative to the base, serially moving from the open position via the clamping position to the removal position. At the same time the clamping position is an intermediate one between the open position and the removal position. In the open position the clamping element is arranged to provide for the possibility to load a capsule into the feeding head, then the clamping element is pressed to the specified capsule in the clamping position and is made with the possibility of displacement relative to the base from the clamping position into the removal position to ensure the possibility of transportation and removal of the specified capsule. According to the second version of realisation the head differs from the previous one only by the fact that the clamping element is made with the possibility of rotation relative to the base from the open position into the closed position, and also by the fact that the clamping element is made with the possibility of displacement in direction, which is substantially parallel to the base from the clamping position into the removal position to ensure the possibility to remove the specified capsule. According to the third version the head differs from the first version only by the fact that the clamping element is made with the possibility of displacement relative to the base from the clamping position into the removal position to ensure the possibility to remove the specified capsule while preserving at least a part of the specified clamping force at the capsule. The machine for drinks making comprises a feeding head made in accordance with the third version. The system of drinks making comprises the above specified machine for making drinks and one or more capsules, besides, one or more capsules comprise one or more drink ingredients. The method of using a machine for drinks making having a feeding head with a clamping element and a base includes displacement of the clamping element into the open position, loading of a capsule, displacement of the clamping element into the clamping position so that the capsule is pressed in the position of distribution by application of the clamping force. Then the drink is dispensed from the capsule, and the capsule is displaced into the removal position by displacement of the clamping element relative to the base, and the capsule is removed. At the same time the clamping position is an intermediate one between the open position and the removal position.

EFFECT: invention provides for simplification and compactness of the design.
