SUBSTANCE: method to utilise distillery grains consists in mechanical separation of coarse fraction (spent grains) by centrifugation, neutralisation and coagulation to the value of PH 7-9, produced after separation of spent grains of acid colloid suspension (centrate) by alkaline reagents during mixing with additional introduction of sorbents in the form of bran and/or finely fractionated sawdust and fossil meal, pulp filtration after neutralisation with extraction of residue for subsequent adhesion to separated spent grains and filtrate - treated water phase for use for technical purposes, processing of spent grains with residue to produce an organomineral mixture, which may be used for composting, as a fodder additive or biofuel.

EFFECT: using this invention will make it possible to utilise distillery grains with production of organomineral mixture, which may be used for composting as a fodder additive or biofuel.
