FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: plant includes pontoons 1 and 2 connected by means of bellows 3. Pontoon 1 has bellows 4 on front side, and bellows chamber 5 is attached to its bottom. Above pontoon 1 there attached through turning bearing 6 is vertical air duct 7 with turbogenerator 8. Air intake socket pipe 9 with chain 10 and hinged non-return valve 11 is fixed on its right side. To the left of air duct 7 there attached is plumage 12, from above is elbow 13 the outlet hole of which faces plumage 12. Air duct 14 is attached through bearing 15 from above to pontoon 2 and has turbogenerator 16 from inside, plumage 17 on the left side 17, and angular socket pipe 18 from above 18. At the bottom to air duct 14 under plumage 17 there attached is connection pipe 19 closed with hinged non-return valve 20. Hinged non-return valves 21 and 22 are installed in outlet holes of pontoons 1 and 2. Valve 22 is pressed to its seat with flat spring 23. To pontoon 2 there attached is bellow chamber 24 having cap 25. Plumage 12 and 17 is made of closed metal frame 26 and 27, and piezoelectric films 28 and 29 are fixed on them.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of maximum wave and wind energy use.
