FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: wind-driven power plant includes a support, a bar attached with one of its ends to the support, with the other one to the device, which has surface area and ability to resist wind flow, a pump with a piston, which has inlet and outlet valves connected to feeding and discharge main lines. Besides, the bar represents a rotating shaft that is fixed in upper and lower support shells with bearings; lower support shell is connected to the support surface, and upper one is connected to a structural assembly providing vertical position of the shaft. On upper part of the shaft, there fixed as a device capable of resisting wind flow is a bladed carousel wind wheel, and below it, there symmetrically put on the shaft is a rectangular multisided prism with an even number of sides, to each lateral side of which there attached is a power assembly made in the form of a membrane and a pump. Pistons of pumps are connected to the corresponding membranes; at that, opposite membranes are connected in pairs with stocks, and inlet and outlet valves of pumps are connected to common delivery and feeding lines of the plant, which pass inside the shaft and to the fixed support through a rotary connection installed on it.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency, reliable and safe operation even at gusty, squall and variable wind flows.
