SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cosmetology, and concerns a cosmetic agent of dermal action representing a multiple emulsion containing an external water phase with an included oil phase in which an internal water phase is dispersed, characterised by the fact that the water phases of the multiple emulsion contain a perfluorocarbon microemulsion in the concentration 0.1 to 20 % each.
EFFECT: invention provides prolonged skin mosturising, nutrition and oxygenation.
