FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary science. The method involves intramuscular injections of oxytocin in dose 30-40 Units per a head twice every 4 hours, intrauterine administration of Iodolene 1 suppository per a head twice every 24 hours, intravenous administration of 40 % glucose in dose 200 ml and 10 % calcium chloride in single dose 100-150 ml per a head. In addition, 2.5 % emicidine is injected intramuscularly in dose 10 ml per a head once a day for 10 days starting from the initiation of treatment.
EFFECT: method enables providing higher clinical effectiveness and improving reproductive indicators in cows.
