FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely to methods of obtaining residual milk-colostrum in milking of cows after calving. Method includes introduction to animals of oxytocin hormone by injection. Intravenous injections of oxytocin hormone are made to animals in tail or jugular vein in quantity 10-25 UN per each cow. Time performing injection is immediately after first milking after calving of cow. After that, re-milking with 250 s-long period after first milking is carried out.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain residual mammary gland secretion in form of colostrum with maximal quantity of immunoglobulins and other biologically active components.
