FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to quick-set attachments for manufacturing of products from aluminium alloys and may be used to manufacture parts from steel, non-ferrous metals and non-metals. The punch comprises a lower plate, an upper plate, a replaceable working packet, guide columns and a tail. The punch is equipped with a loading device and a barrier, which together with the lower plate and the upper plate, on which a tail is fixed, form a unit for punch fixation. A replaceable working packet is installed into the specified unit for punch fixation. The replaceable working packet consists of a permanent and a replaceable parts, which may interact with each other and be fixed on the unit for punch fixation. The permanent part comprises clamping springs, a puncheon-matrix holder, having a hole in the centre for installation of a replaceable puncheon-matrix, a pusher-central screw with a spring and pushers-screws of a puller with puller springs. The replaceable part consists of a puncheon, a clamp, a cut matrix, a fixator, a replaceable puncheon-matrix, a pusher and a remover.

EFFECT: invention provides for reduced metal intensity of a punch, a possibility to use non-conventional equipment and higher product quality.
